A buyer's premium is a standard auctioneering fee that helps cover the cost associated with sourcing products, marketing auctions, running the marketplace and managing services such as payment collection and listing processing. Our standard buyer's premium is 10% of the final bid price. Please keep in mind that this amount will be added to the final winning bid to arrive at the final amount due.

The first step to becoming a seller is to sign up for an account. First you’ll need to fill out our 60-second seller’s application. Once approved, you can begin posting inventory to sell and selecting buy requests to fulfill. You can apply as a seller here.

Once an order is shipped we will provide you with the tracking number. You’ll be able to track your devices by navigating to your Orders page. Once we’ve sent your package to your buyer though, we’ll only update you with the status of your package.

Our team works hard leveraging our network to give you access to the best shipping discounts. Upon purchasing, the customer will always cover shipping costs. A shipping label is generated for the vendor to ship their devices once the customer has paid.

Yes, you can view our 30 Day Return Policy here. For all returns you can request an RMA form by clicking on “File a claim” in the settings of that specific orders. All devices purchased through Eze come with a 30-day warranty. If you have an issue with your order please submit an RMA form and our support team will contact you to help handle your return.

We want to make sure buyers get what they purchase, so please let us know if a product does not match what was promised in a listing. Buyers have two days after delivery to file a complaint before a transaction is closed and the funds are released to the vendor. After a transaction has been closed you have 30 days to request a return. After the dispute is submitted a member of our Eze Buyer Protection team will contact you and help resolve your claim.
The delivery standard on the Eze is about 2 business days after validation of the order barring any issues while in transit. Please keep in mind that this is always subject to change depending on the seller.
Also keep in mind that every seller has a different cutoff time for orders shipping the day the orders were placed. It's not a guarantee that an order will ship the same day it is placed. During the holiday season, the influx of orders and severe weather conditions can delay the delivery of your order. Happy Trading!

Eze accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, and PayPal. Eze does not accept payments via ACH bank transfer, check or cash. Please note: In the case of a wire transfer, your order will only be triggered from the moment Eze receives and confirms your payment. Consequently, an order confirmation email will be sent to you so that you can check your order number, which should be kept.
